Temperature: Min, Max and Average Redwood Creek 1999 |

Caption: Water temperatures in Redwood Creek at the North Fork Noyo (site 13) in 1999 peaked at ~18.8 C in early July. The maximum diurnal temperature shifts of just under 3 degrees C and the seasonal variation was approximately 9.2 degrees C. The optimal water temperature for salmonid salmon growth of 10-15 degrees C (Brett, 1952) is shown for reference. Data provided by Mendocino Redwood Company.
