Caption: This chart compares annual minima flow statistics in Dry Creek for time periods proceeding and following the completion of the Warm Springs Dam in 1983. Warm Springs Dam has increased the minimum flows found in Dry Creek. The annual minimum 1-day flow has increased from 0 cfs to 49.4 cfs. The annual minimum 90-day mean flow has increased from 1.2 cfs to 77.2 cfs. This analysis was completed by IFR-KRIS staff hydrologist and utilized daily average flow data from the USGS and the Indicators of Hydrologic Alteration (IHA) flow statistics model.
