Temperature: Min, Max and Average at SF Noyo above Parlin 1996 |

Caption: The chart above shows the minimum, maximum and average water temperature of the South Fork Noyo River above Parlin Creek (site 08) during the summer of 1996. Maximum and average temperatures slightly exceeded the optimal range for salmonid growth throughout summer. Water temperatures peaked at ~16.3 C-~16.5 C in early July and early August 1996 with a diurnal temperature shift of ~1.5 C. Data provided by Jackson Demonstration State Forest.
