Temperature: Min, Max and Average Marble Gulch 1995 |

Caption: The chart above shows the maximum, average, and minimum daily temperatures of Marble Gulch (site 02) for 1995 which had a maximum temperature of 17.16 C attained in mid-July and early August. The maximum diurnal temperature shift was of just under 3 C and the seasonal variation was approximately 6 degrees C. The optimal water temperature for salmonid salmon growth of 10-15 degrees C (Brett, 1952) is shown for reference. Data provided by Mendocino Redwood Company. Click on Picture to see a map of temperature monitoring locations.
