Topic	Fish: Electrofishing in Sinclair Creek, 1997-1999

 

Caption:  This chart shows population estimates from multi-pass backpack electrofishing sample at Sinclair Creek from the year 1997-1999. The increased abundance of cutthroat trout and relatively stable abundance of brook trout resulted in a general increase in over-all trout abundance throughout Sinclair Creek. Three sites in Sinclair Creek, each 1000 feet in length, were summed together for this chart. Only fish greater than 75 mm in total length were counted. Data are from a Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks report by Hoffman et al. (2000). See Info Links for a link to the report.
